FirstWords English is a 30-day digital English-speaking course by SDR Flux. It is sold as a one-time purchase for ₹899.

Once you purchase the course, the sale is final and no refund will be made — except where you qualify under the 30-Day Confidence Guarantee described below.

A full refund is available only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You complete all 30 days / all lessons of the course, and
• You have recorded video proof of yourself speaking for every one of the 30 daily lessons, and you submit all of these recordings as proof.

Without complete 30-day video proof, no refund will be issued. Refund requests must be sent to support@sdrflux.in.

FirstWords English is a digital product. After successful payment, access is delivered to the email address you register at checkout.

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the course content or your account access.

FirstWords English is a practice-based course designed to build your speaking confidence. It is not a guarantee of any specific exam result, interview result, placement, or job outcome.
